Auto, work and sports injuries

Whiplash and other car-accident injuries, injured workers and sports injuries: from the first examination to getting back to normal.

Car accidents and whiplash

Whiplash is an injury to the neck. It happens when the muscles and other soft tissues are bent too far forward or back, as they are in a collision, even at low speed. Pain and stiffness can take a day or two to show up, as Dr. Mark found out himself (his story).

My car was t-boned on November 19, 2011 and by February I could barely stand up and work. I really feel that Dr Mark has changed all that with much work and adjustments.

Injured at work

Lifting, falls and long hours in one position all strain the back and neck. We see injured workers and personal injury patients. Holly can answer your questions about insurance coverage.

Sports injuries

There is no such thing as a “safe” sport. Highly competitive sports such as football, weightlifting, gymnastics and wrestling carry higher risks of injury, especially for children and teens. We look after the spine and joints that sport puts under strain, for young athletes and adults alike.

Your first visit

The new patient visit is $67. It includes:

  1. A consultation: we listen to what is going on and what you want to get back to.
  2. An examination.
  3. A computerized spinal analysis.
  4. X-rays, if they are needed.

Then Dr. Mark explains what he found and what he recommends. More for new patients
