Welcome

Care that looks for the cause

Our practice focuses not just on getting you out of pain, but on correcting the cause of the problem, so it is much less likely to come back. Whether it is back pain, a sports injury, arthritis or headaches, Dr. Mark builds a plan around you.

Dr. Mark graduated in 1990 and has practiced at this office since 1992. Holly has welcomed patients at the front desk since 2003. She will answer your questions about scheduling and insurance, and if your insurance doesn’t cover chiropractic or acupuncture, she can set up a payment plan that fits your budget.

Who we help

From the newborn to the young at heart

Families and children

We see people of all ages, from the newborn to the young at heart. Parents often bring the whole family, and Holly is wonderful with children, so bring them along.

Expecting mothers

During pregnancy the body's center of gravity moves forward, which loads the pelvis and lower back. Dr. Mark has cared for many mothers through their pregnancies, and then for their babies.

People hurt in a car accident or at work

Whiplash and back injuries can take a day or two to show up. We examine you, take X-rays if they are needed and work with you until you are back to normal.

Athletes and active people

From teen athletes to competitive riders: we look after the spine and joints that sport puts under strain.

Adults with back and neck pain or headaches

Desk work, gardening, a long drive: most of our patients come in for everyday pain, and many stay for regular care to keep it from coming back.
